The kids loved the pool and spa. Fabulous location near Onepoto domain and Takapuna Beach. Great eateries nearby. Inviting and easy-going host. Super keen to stay again.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The stunning view of the harbor was the most outstanding aspect of our stay. We were also pleased with the reasonable rates and the easy access to the city attractions. we enjoyed the complementary breakfast.

The bathroom needed more maintenance as there were some signs of wear and tear. , the showerhead was leaking and there was mold in some places.

What an amazing place to stay at! the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The heated pool and spa were definitely the best aspects, as we could enjoy them even during bad weather. the fact that they offered continental breakfast was really convenient as well. Location-wise, it was perfect for us. We were situated close enough to the city center, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. On top of that, Melissa was an amazing host.

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house! The hosts were welcoming and the room was comfortable and clean. We loved the continental breakfast with all the choices available. The location was great for everything we had planned, and the spa with the stunning view made our stay even more relaxing. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels available. We also appreciated the air conditioning in the room.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable, which was a bit of a inconvenience for us as we needed it for work.

Our stay at Sea View Guest House was absolutely amazing. From the stunning view to the thoughtful amenities, we were truly impressed. The decor and design of the property were beautiful, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The hot tub, with its breathtaking view of the city, was definitely a highlight of our stay. We also appreciated the great communication from the owner prior to our arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel.

While our stay was mostly perfect, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The WiFi was a bit problematic, which was a bit inconvenient for me as I needed reliable internet for work.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious and exclusive stay. the spa and wellness centre made me feel pampered and relaxed, while the heated swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for soaking up the sun. I loved the outdoor dining area, where I could enjoy a delicious BBQ.

There was some minor noise from the nearby highway which made it hard to relax. the hotel offered comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas which made up for this small issue.

This hotel was fantastic! I loved the facilities, especially the heated pool and spa which had an amazing city view. The interior design was fabulous with thoughtful touches such as custom signage. Additionally, I appreciated the ease of parking on site and the peaceful location close to a scenic walkway.
